Training is open to any ladies aged 14+. We have a range of players from 14-50 so please don't feel that you're too old or too young to come along and join in!

Coming along to training doesn't mean you have to play in games at the weekend, you're also welcome to come along just to get out the house, get your fitness up, try something new, or re-try a sport you haven't played since school..

We meet for a warm-up (and a catch-up!) every Wednesday at 715pm and start training at 730pm. The venue is the Linlithgow Academy astroturf.
